Barna Ministries. www.barna.org

George Barna has been writing books on church leadership, discipleship, team ministry, and annual reports of the church and society that feature accurate and indepth surveys and analysis. Barna is also on top of trends in society and church that are working to reach people for Christ. Resources are also available for those looking for visual and video help for sermons and presentations. Barna's book: "Growing True Disciples" is essential reading.

Greg Ogden has written several books on discipleship, particularly discipleship for TRIADS or groups of three people. He is an excellent resource for developing discipleship ministries. His books are 'Transforming Discipleship" and "Discipleship Essentials."

The study details the initial steps and philosophy, as well as biblical foundation for, a Triad discipleship ministry.
